How and why should I bother with indoor rowing?

Our teacher training courses are designed to help teachers who are new to indoor rowing answer that very question. We've put a lot of work into giving you a head start and limiting the extra work you need to do to achieve your aims as quickly as possible.

You'll find out how to deliver engaging lessons with fewer machines than pupils, how to introduce new skills to your class, how to teach good basic technique and how to set up a race so it's projected onto the wall.

You'll have fun and leave the course inspired.
