The Schools Training Guide is an essential resource for anybody wanting to use the indoor rower in a school. As well as detailed information on technique and on how to use the indoor rower safely and constructively, it covers all aspects of indoor rowing in schools: how to bring the rowing machine into different areas of the curriculum, how to use it to set up competitions and leagues, detailed lesson plans, how to raise money with the indoor rower and much more.

ICT training guide

The ICT Training Guide is a step-by-step guide to getting the most out of your PM3 monitor and LogCard. It covers using the PM3, setting up and using the LogCard, downloading the information from the LogCard and working with the data (which is especially useful for schools), updating the monitor's firmware and running races between machines.
